A 40-second trailer for the new series of Survivors was shown on the BBC on Saturday 8 November – on BBC1, following the National Lottery show; and on BBC4 following on from the documentary Merlin – the Legend. The trailer featured several (though not all) of the main characters, and inticingly brief clips from the first two episodes.

The trailer also revealed the new series’ logo, featured in the first of the screen-captures below.

The trailer is now available to view online (in the UK) on the BBC Survivors mini site at: http://www.bbc.co.uk/survivors.

    THE MUSIC IS BY CRYSTAL CASTLES LAST TRACK ON THEIR ONLY CD.UNLIKE THEIR OTHER STUFF BUT EXCELLENT NEVERTHELESS

    Whats the music played in the trailer i really like it ? Does anyone know ?

    Not impressed with the cast, they could have done better. I’m a great fan of the original, but don’t hold out much hope for this new version, I hope I’m proven wrong
