You, Me and the Apocalypse – Sky 1

Posted by Rich Cross on August 25, 2015

You, Me and the Apocalypse

‘Edge of the apocalypse’ comedy drama You, Me and the Apocalypse will premiere on Sky 1 later in 2015. The US-British co-production, starring Rob Lowe and Jenna Fischer, will air on the NBC network in the United States.

The story follows an eclectic group of seemingly unconnected characters around the world as their lives start to intersect in the most unexpected ways. All triggered by the news that a comet is on an unavoidable collision course towards earth.

You, Me and the Apocalypse will see Paterson Joseph (Greg Preston, Survivors 2008-2010) return to the realm of end-of-the-world TV. Joseph takes the role of General Gaines: “who has rapidly risen through the ranks of the army, becoming a 5 Star General with responsibility for briefing the President of the United States on high-level military matters.”
